1. You send us an inquiry
If you are interested in a vacation rental, please contact us. We will be happy to answer your questions, check availability, and send you a quote with all prices. The vacation rental can be reserved for 5 days without obligation, giving you plenty of time to decide.
Your inquiry is therefore non-binding until you expressly book.

Booking
2. You make a binding reservation
If you wish to make a binding reservation, we will send you a booking confirmation.
If you change your mind after receiving the booking confirmation, please inform us immediately so that the reservation can be cancelled.

Deposit
3. You transfer the deposit
Now, transfer the deposit amount of 30% of the total amount to the specified account within 7 days. By transferring your deposit, you have confirmed your reservation.

Final payment
Please transfer the remaining amount 14 days before arrival.
Please have cash ready for any extras.

Transfers of the remaining balance must be made before the day of arrival.

The money must be credited to the account upon key handover, otherwise access to the property may be denied.

Cancellation
4. Booking Cancellation
You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 14 days before arrival; the date is stated in your booking confirmation. From 14 days before arrival, the deposit cannot be refunded. We recommend taking out private travel cancellation insurance.

Arrival/Departure
Rules
Please note that arrival is between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m.
Upon departure, you must vacate the property by 10 a.m. at the latest.
If you require a different time, please discuss this with us before arrival.
If you are delayed or your arrival time changes unexpectedly,
please let us know immediately.

There are currently free parking spaces within walking distance.

You can park nearby for loading and unloading for up to 30 minutes with a parking disc.

The rented apartment may only be occupied by the number of people stated in the booking confirmation, unless otherwise agreed.
In the event of overcrowding, including a last-minute additional overnight stay, we must be notified, and an appropriate surcharge may apply.

Subletting or further rental is not possible.

No parties or bachelorette parties; quiet time is between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.

Smoking is not permitted in the apartment or any room.
Pets are not allowed.

We require the identification of all guests upon check-in.

In Orosei, a tourist tax of €1.00 per person per night is payable, which is to be paid in cash upon arrival.

A mosquito net is provided on the bathroom window so you can sleep with the window open at night.

Please always turn off the air conditioning before leaving the apartment.

Leave the apartment swept and tidy.

Cookware and dining utensils must be washed, and the refrigerator empty.
All furnishings in the apartment must be in the same condition as when you moved in. Please do not leave any food behind.
The beds must be stripped. Please leave bed linens and towels neatly on the floor; please do not leave any trash behind.
