\n1. Send us an inquiry\u2028If you are interested in a holiday apartment, please contact us. We will be happy to answer your questions, check availability and send you an offer with all prices. The holiday apartment can be reserved for 5 days without obligation, so you have enough time to decide.
\nYour request is non-binding until you specifically book.<\/p>\n

Booking<\/strong>
\n2. You make a binding booking\u2028If you would like to make a binding booking, we will send you a booking confirmation.
\nIf you decide otherwise after receiving the booking confirmation, please let us know immediately so that the reservation can be cancelled.<\/p>\n

Down payment<\/strong>
\n3. You transfer the deposit
\nNow transfer the deposit amount of 30% of the total amount to the specified account within 7 days. By transferring your deposit, you have completed a binding booking for the property.<\/p>\n

Final payment<\/strong>
\nPlease transfer the entire remaining amount 14 days before arrival
\nPlease have cash ready for any extras.
\nTransfers of remaining payments must be made before the day of arrival.
\nThe money must be credited to the account when the keys are handed over, otherwise access to the property may be refused.<\/p>\n

\n5. Cancellation of the booking\u2028The booking can be cancelled free of charge up to 14 days before arrival, the date is stated in your booking confirmation. From 14 days before arrival, a refund of the deposit is not possible. We recommend taking out private travel cancellation insurance.<\/p>\n

Arrival\/departure<\/strong>
\nInstructions\u2028Please note that arrivals take place between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m.
\nWhen departing, you must always leave the property by 10:00 a.m. at the latest.
\nIf you would like other times, please discuss this with us before arrival.
\nIf you are late or your arrival time changes unexpectedly, please let us know immediately.
\nIf you arrive beforehand and the room is not yet available, you are welcome to leave your luggage.
\nFree parking spaces are available directly in front of the door or on the street within walking distance
\nThe rented holiday apartment may only be occupied by the number of people stated in the booking confirmation. Unless otherwise agreed.
\nIn the event of overcrowding, including a short-term additional overnight stay, we must be notified, and a corresponding surcharge may be payable.
\n\u200bSubletting or reletting is not possible.
\nNo parties or bachelorette parties, quiet time between 11 p.m. and 8 a.m\u2028Smoking is not permitted in the rooms and common areas
\nPets are not allowed.\u2028Kitchen\u2028In the shared kitchen there are containers marked with the rooms where you can store your food or put it in the fridge.\u2028The terrace and garden can be used if there are small children and children, make sure that they do not go onto the terrace alone.\u2028There are mosquito nets in almost all areas, make sure that you keep them and the doors closed because of flies and mosquitoes so that you have a quiet night.\u2028Please always switch off the air conditioning before leaving the apartment.\u2028If you would like to use vegetables, fruit or herbs in the garden, you are welcome.\u2028Leave the holiday apartment swept clean and in a tidy condition.\u2028The cooking and eating utensils must be washed and the refrigerator empty.\u2028The entire furnishings of the holiday apartment must be in the same condition, you found them when you moved in. Please do not leave any food behind.\u2028If you would like to leave leftovers and unopened food, please discuss this with us before departure. The beds must be stripped. Please leave bed linen and towels neatly on the floor. Please do not leave any rubbish in the holiday apartment.<\/p>\n

There is a shower outside .\u2028Washing machine can be used on request.\u2028The water comes from our well, for showering etc.\u2028In our area there is a tap outside with drinking water. Please help us reduce plastic and refill your bottles with this drinking water.\u2028Bottles are available to fill, you can borrow drinking bottles for a deposit of 15 euros, please pay in cash, you will then get the deposit back at the end of your holiday.\u2028We generate electricity using a solar system on the roof.
