\nIn order to live as self-sufficiently as possible, the property is equipped with its own well and photovoltaic system, which supply us with filtered drinking water and electricity for lighting and air conditioning. We will show you the right tap for the drinking water. If you want to help reduce plastic, you can purchase drinking bottles from us for a deposit of 15\u20ac. We also ask you to turn off the air conditioning and lights when leaving your rooms and the common areas.<\/p>\n
\nFeel free to use the veranda, terrace, and garden as you wish. We only ask you to be mindful about that fact that you are sharing them with other guests. The kitchen is also shared and equipped with the basics (salt, pepper, sugar, oil, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, cleaning supplies, etc.). There is even a TV with Netflix access. If something is missing, don’t hesitate to ask! For a quick cool-down you can use the outdoor shower in the garden – for the sake of our plants without any soap though. You are welcome to help yourself to the herbs and fruits from our garden. We\u00b4d ask you to keep in mind that the common areas, just as all rooms, are non-smoking areas.<\/p>\n
\nTo protect you and others from mosquitoes, we recommend keeping the room and kitchen doors closed. The windows and the patio door are equipped with mosquito nets. In Italy, there is a very strict waste separation system; detailed instructions can be found in the kitchen.<\/p>\n
\nAs beautiful as a stone house is, it still has its quirks. Our drain pipes, for example, are a bit older and need your help to function properly. Please use toilet paper in an environmentally responsible manner and flush twice in a row for at least 3 seconds. The pipes, and we, will thank you!<\/p>\n
\nYou will find a first aid kit in the kitchen and the fire extinguisher is located on the veranda, as indicated by a sign. If anything is missing, please let us know!<\/p>\n
\nWe have a washing machine that can be used on request and facilities for hanging up laundry.
\nFresh bed linen and towels can be reordered.
\nThere are drinks on our kitchen shelf with prices that you can purchase already chilled, if you wish.
\nFor our younger guests, there is an inflatable swimming pool that can be used under parental supervision.
\nSardinian evening: As former restaurateurs, we offer the opportunity to enjoy a tipical sardinian dinner, prepared by us! If you are interested, please ask for more information and dates.<\/p>\n
